Hello and welcome to uncultured. Is it just me, or is it getting crazier out there?

It’s been said that heroes are defined by their villains. When it comes to Batman, he has absolutely no shortage of enemies, however one stands above them all: The Joker.

There has been a shift in how villains are viewed in pop culture. Our understanding of the complexities of human nature have improved and we now better understand that people are products of the environments that they grow up in. It is with this lens that we can better critically examine the character of the Joker in the new movies by direct Todd Philips, “The Joker.” The entire cast of UnCultured get together this week to dissect the movie.
